About Heidy

Heidy Peña is a dedicated real estate agent serving both Bakersfield and Los Angeles, bringing a unique blend of industry experience and personal insight to every client she works with. Originally from Los Angeles, Heidy made the move to Bakersfield to build her family's future—an experience that gives her a deep understanding of what it means to relocate, start fresh, and truly find "home." She specializes in guiding first-time homebuyers through the process with clarity and confidence, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. As a bilingual agent fluent in both English and Spanish, Heidy is passionate about making homeownership accessible to a wider community. With a professional background in drafting, interior design, and property management, Heidy offers her clients a well-rounded perspective—helping them not only find the right home, but also envision its full potential. While Bakersfield is now home, Los Angeles will always have her heart, and she proudly continues to serve clients in both markets.
